Currently, only defective merchandise, with shown proof, may be returned.
- broken items
- items not as described (i.e. incorrect embroidery pattern, wrong colors, sent the wrong item, etc.)
Returns are only accepted up to 2 weeks after your item has been received by you. If your order was received after 2 weeks outside of the accepted window but you'd still like a return, I urge you to please email me or send a message via my shop chat so we may discuss options for your specific case.
Refunds are accepted before tracking is given (see the shipping policies page here for general estimated turnaround time for your order to be shipped out). Once your order has tracking, you may not receive a refund except for the following reasons:
- Item was defective or broken (with shown proof)
- Item has NOT been shipped, nor given a tracking number
- Item got lost/did not arrive (in these cases, please allow me time to work with the courier to find your package, and/or receive a reimbursement for said item, that I may give you the refund this way).
Replacements can only be made if your item is not as described or broken.
Exchanges can be made if your item arrives not as described or broken.
